Positive: The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very nice. The beds and pillows were great! There is also a great little coffee shop next to the check in. The hotel location is within walking distance from the Biltmore shopping area, which has a lot of different restaurants to choose from.
Negative: The pool was fine, but not as nice as I would have expected considering how nice the rest of the property is.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again!

Negative: - for the price I paid I expected more amenities - parking situation was a little ridiculous. Only valet! - no breakfast in hotel other than room service food which was waaaay OVERPRICED and not worth it. A small bowl of berries was $15. Food is not a 5 star hotel quality. I highly suggest you to get food from surrounding restaurants rather than their food. Not good at all and needed a major upgrade or finding a new chef.

Positive: Location is great. The pool was relaxing. The wine list and and appetizers were good at the bar.
Negative: My shower head dripped for the length of my stay no matter what I did. There was an unusual odor in the hallway outside our room during the entire stay.
Summary: Great location, close to Camelback Mountain and Ecco canyon trail, comfortable beds and pillows.
